Assume I setup a certain set of columns, column withs and olcumn order for the message list of Inbox of the current account.
How can I tell Thunderbird to apply exactly this columns layout for ALL folders in ALL accounts?

Look at the bottom of the list box you used to select what columns should be enabled. There is a "apply columns to" menu item that can be used to apply the settings to a folder (in any account) AND all of its child folders. If all of your accounts have sent, drafts, junk mail etc. as child folders of the inbox you'd only have to do that once for each account.
