I have set up a rule to forward an email from a specific person. I would like it to forward the email to another email address. This works, but only if I log into the email account of the first email address. Is there a way to have my first email address forward the email as soon as it arrives?
I am using TB 52.5.0 and Windows 7-64.

So the receiving address and the address you want to forward to are both your own email addresses?

If both accounts are present in Thunderbird could you not simply move the messages from one account to the other rather than forward them?
What's the purpose of the current forwarding process?

I am guessing these two accounts are each in their own profile. TBird filters can only run when that profile is running -- which is what I think you mean by "log into the email account", i.e. run TBird in that profile.

It is possible to have multiple accounts set up under a common profile. If both your accounts were in a single profile, then you could have a filter written in the account that receives those messages just move the messages directly into the inbox of the other account instead of having to forward to the other account.

Please help the helpers!
You get a letter from a title (always do this with this address / subject inbound mail) and when that letter came in, then a message with another content - with a pre-made content - goes out to me at an address that I set before. (The addresses I have set can always change, I always have to send others) How should Thunderbird be set?

That may be something you can accomplish using Thunderbird's message filters -- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Filters_%28Thunderbird%29
