IMAP or POP not downloading after Windows 10 update 1709

I let Windows run the recent feature update last night, version 1709.

Since then, none of my email accounts within Thunderbird will download email. Sending works, but sent mails are not saved in sent folders.
I have a number of POP accounts and I'm using gmail IMAP. None of these accounts will download, even if try to "Get Messages" for individual accounts.

Here's what I've tried so far:
- Disabled Eset AV and malwarebytes
- Installed Beta
- Tried safe mode
- Uninstalled Lightening
- Run Thunderbird as Administrator
- Run Thunderbird in Windows 7 Compatibility mode

However, nothing seems to work. Any help would be much appreciated.

This is resolved. I had to turn off SSL/TLS filtering in ESET and then back on again:

Not sure why disabling ESET entirely didn't fix this!

EDIT: I've just checked my post history here and I'm now thoroughly ashamed :lol:
