I've set Thunderbird 52.5.0 to show remote content but my incoming mail is still showing text only. How can that be fixed?

Re: show graphics
Is Thunderbird set to display incoming messages in original HTML? Check that under menu path View->Message Body as->Oroginal HTML.

Re: show graphics
A bit more information, please.
Is Thunderbird displaying place holders (small boxes) where images should be or is there no indication at all that there would be an image in the message?
If you access the same messages in the web mail page for that account (using a browser) are there images present?
Does the same thing occur if you launch the application in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

Re: show graphics
Yes, Thunderbird was displaying place holders (small boxes) where images should have been.
As of now the problem has stopped. All images are displaying.
Only thing I can think of that may have affected it, is, I set it off of 'original HTML' and then set it back to 'original HTML'.
Thanks ! Happy New Year!
