Sender and Recipient columns vanished

Post by ghuareg »

I don't know why, and can't see how to get them visible again. Can someone tell me how, please?

At the right end of the column header bar is a small box. Click on that to display the list of available columns. Make sure that "Correspondents" is selected to display those columns.

Sorry Dan, but I can't see that anywhere, or associated drop-downs. See here. :?

OK that's because you are referring to the Sender and Recipient header values in the message itself, not in the message list pane that I thought you were speaking of.

Are those values visible if you press Ctrl+U to display the message source?

Does the same thing occur if you launch the application in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode
