Arranging attachments

When I select group of photos to attach to an email, they display in random order. How can I arrange the attachments so that they display in the final email with the earliest dates first?

It doesn't change the order of attachments when I add them one by one, even if I save the draft, close it and re-open it. If you sort them by date in a directory before attaching them one by one that would seem to workaround the problem. You can even drag and drop them to the upper right corner of the message window to attach them rather than using the menu.

There is a 'Reorder Attachments' option in the right-click menu for attachments in the Write window, but so far it's only in TB 58beta.
