Hello,
My employee's Thunderbird account suddenly cannot receive new messages.
The odd thing is it keeps sending one message over and over again from yesterday at 10:30am.
She must have gotten about 30 duplicate copies of that message, which is a reply on an email chain.
There are about 30 messages that when I click "Get Messages", on the bottom left it looks as if it will sync. Then it just receives another duplicate copy of the same email, while the others do not get received.
Previous to this, her Thunderbird account was working fine.
Appreciate any help people can offer.
