I cannot change my existing filter rules and cannot add new ones.
In the Filter Rules the Choose Folder... option is disabled.
After clearing all my rules the Choose Filter option is still disabled.
After deleting msgFilterRules.dat and recreating by TB the Choose Filter option is still disabled.

Check the local directory setting at the bottom of each accounts server settings is still valid. Something is causing Thunderbird to not look in the correct location, thus disabling the list box.

All the directories exist. There are 5 mail accounts. Can I try to prove your idea deleting some of them? How I restore all simply after that?

Okay, that was problem. After deleting one of the accounts the filter works again. This account was inactive for years, as I noticed.
