Window Button Bar Issue

Hello All

I am posting this question in both the Thunderbird and the Firefox forums as it effects both of these programs.

The Window Button Bar (The Minimize, Restore/Maximize, Close Buttons at the top right of every menu bar) is disappearing on both programs. I dont know if its an issue with plugins or with the Actual Multiple Monitor program I am running because I have a 3 monitor setup, but its extremely annoying. It doesn't happen right away....and if it does happen, i have to close out and open the program again for it to be normal....then it will eventually happen again later on in the day.

The only 3 add ons I have for Firefox are:
Ad Block Plus
New Tab Override
SaveFrom.net helper

For Thunderbird, I use the following add ons:
Display Mail User Agent
Empty Em
Exit Button
Hide Local Folders
Manually Sort Folders
Minimize to Tray
Print Incoming Emails
Track Package

Does the same thing occur if you launch each application in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode
