I have two email accounts on Thunderbird. Can I have two Address Books (one for each account)? My wife has a group address for her book club but when she uses it to send an email to her book club members the message is sent from my account rather than hers. I know I can manually change the from address but I would rather her book club group was always shown as coming from her address.

Address books are not account specific but you have some options.

You could install this extension which might meet your needs -- https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunde ... src=search

Alternatively, If there is no need for you and your wife to each access both accounts, you could create a new profile and move data from the old to the new to create a unique profile for your wife, while you continue to use the original.

I looked at this but when I tried to download the app I was asked "How do you want to open this file? Look for an App in the Store". When I looked for the app I was presented with a number of them (Unpacker, Open Any File, Extractor, etc.) Some were free and others not. None looked as though they would do what I wanted.

To install a Thunderbird extension do the following:
Right click the download link on the extension's home page and choose "Save Link As...". Then, in Thunderbird, go to Tools->Addons->Extensions tab->click on the "Gear" icon and select "Install Add-on from File" from the drop down list. Navigate to the just downloaded .xpi file and select it. Click on the "Open" button. The installation will now begin. You will need to close and reopen Thunderbird to complete the install.
