Quick Filter Bug?

Quick Filter Bug?
When I use the quick filter, where I'm searching the criteria on "Sender", "Subject", and "Body", nothing from 2018 shows up in the results. One more thing is that it only happens when searching my Sent Items folder. Even though I have e-mails in 2018 that satisfies the search, nothing from 2018 shows up. I see e-mails from 2015, 2016, 2017, but the list abruptly stops at December of 2017. Its the oddest thing. As soon as I remove one of those 3 criteria, like "Recipients" then I get all results from all years, including 2018. Can somebody tell me what's going on here? I don't understand this voodoo.

How is the account set up in Thunderbird, as POP or IMAP? Find out using menu path Tools->Account Settings->Server Settings->Server Type at the top right of the dialogue.
Have you tried right clicking on the name of the folder in which you are working and selecting Properties from the context menu and then clicking on the "Repair Folder" button?.

It's an IMAP mail server for my Outlook Office 365 from work. I ran a repair on the folder but no change. Thanks. I just have to unselect Recipient and it shows e-mails from all years, so it's not preventing me from what I want to do. It's just a puzzling thing though.

Is that the Inbox folder that you're working with?

It was in the SENT folder.
