Reversal of option to show all content

hi

I am using TB ver 52.9.1 and win10 pro

I selected an option when I opened an email from a regular contributor to show all content.

May I kindly ask how do I reverse that option, as all emails received from them now,contain all content, which i don't want

ps... I looked through tools/options etc without success

Tools > Options > Privacy, Mail Content section.
Click Exceptions, find the URL of the site you want to block by typing it into the "Address of website:" field.
Click Block, Click Save Changes.
Repeat until complete.
