Dear friends, first i directed this question to the german forum. I will repeat my question in english. If you have a more specific subforum for my question, please, let me know.
I don't want automatic updates of the feeds. Therefore my setting:
- enable updates for all feeds: Yes
- default settings for new feeds: none of the 3 enabled
Tb updates anyway. The unchecked time cycle option was set to 100 min. How can I prevent tb from doing anything with the feeds by itself?
tb 60.3.2 feed update

Re: tb 60.3.2 feed update
I think removing the check mark for "Enable updates for all feeds" should work.

Re: tb 60.3.2 feed update
Dear WaltS48, but then all the folders are grayed. And this is not, for what isearch.
Since many years i worked tith Tb and his rss-feeds mechanism. I use in priciple manual activation for email and feeds. Only with this new version the most stable parts from Tb now are unstable.
In the folder-settings of "Blogs & News feed" we find the config groups:
- Server Settings
- Defautl Settings for New Feeds
From the logic, what we can interprete from the text, we have 3 update principles:
- automatic with intervall definition
- manual
- initialising after start
The 2d way i try to go like before. 1 and 3 never i used.

Disabling that preference, selecting each feed, right-clicking and activating "Get Messages" works for me for a manual download.
Selecting Get Messages > Blogs & News Feeds from the Mail Toolbar ,gets all new messages for the account with the "Enable updates for all feeds" preference not checked.
