thunderbird subject do not show help please.

I have done the repair folder and re-install thunderbird.

The problem persists.

Email problem occurs, most of the email sent from ms-outlook.

Why do you expect the subjects to "show help"? Help with what?

If you look at those same message using webmail (browser based) does the problem occur?

Could you give an example of what you are looking for?

I think the OP means that the "Subject" is not showing up. (According to his "red box.")
Nothing to do with "Help."
NB: The OP did not include any full stops/periods, so his post comes across in-correctly.

(I hope that's what he means.)

It looks like that should read "Thunderbird subject do not show. Help please" if punctuation is added.

Does the same thing occur if you launch the application in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

Select the message and use More > View Source.

Maybe the message was sent without a Subject.
