As the title says, I send emails from an email account in Thunderbird and it doesn't appear in my Sent folder in Thunderbird. This started happening 2 days ago.
The email does appear in my sent folder on my primary email location.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks!

I'm going to guess that by "primary email location" you mean on the server. Is that it? Which suggests that that's an IMAP type account. Is that correct? The email does appear in my sent folder on my primary email location.
If so, check the target for storing sent messages using menu path Tools->Account Settings->Copies & Folders.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, this is setup via imap. I have been playing around in the Copies & Folders' section as it was initially on
Place a copy in: "Sent" Folder on: <email address>
Since that wasn't working, I switched it to Other and then selected the corresponding sent folder.
I then deleted and reconnected the account. Still did not solve. I have multiple other emails linked in and they aren't experiencing this problem.
The account is through Zoho and I have another Zoho email linked in that works fine.
Thank you again for any help.

Try switching that to "Other" and then select the "Sent" folder under "Local Folders".I switched it to Other and then selected the corresponding sent folder.

Hmm. There doesn't seem to be any folders at all in my Local Folders section.

If in the left hand pane of the main Thunderbird window you click on "Local Folders" are there no folders displayed? You can right click on the "Local Folders" name in that left hand pane and select "New Folder" to create/add a folder named "Sent" and then use the previously noted process to point TB to that folder for storing sent messages.
