Message showing in preview but nothing more

When I click on the message it becomes this: https://ibb.co/R08DN3B
Any idea how to get the actual message text / attachments?

The "Fully Executed contract" email in the center is the one I'm trying to pull.
I'm using Thunderbird 60.7.2 32-bit.
No chance after restart.

The search list indicates you applied Global Search, and the fact the message appears empty may be because the message was deleted and the search index wasn't updated. Try rebuilding the database and see if the message still appears in the list.

You might find the message in Trash by using the Quick Filter Bar, Ctrl+Shift+K. Note that Global Search excludes the Trash folder by default.

Rebuilt the database and now the message has vanished in the search. Means it's deleted? How could I recover it?

If the original folder that contained the message hasn't been compacted, you might be able to recover it with the 'Recover deleted messages' add-on:
