Can't print address book

I can print emails from Thunderbird 60.8.0, but If I try to print an address book it reports An error occurred while printing. The same happens on two different PC's. Any ideas?

Moving to Thunderbird Support as no bug has yet been confirmed here.

Does the same thing occur if you launch the application in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

Thanks. By disabling add-ons then gradually re-enabling them I was able to find the problem. I used an add-on to provide an address book tab, which I assumed was the same as the normal address book. However, it isn't! I have deleted that add-on and all works correctly.
