I've noticed that there is now a 64 bit version of the program. I've been using the 32 bit version. Can I install the 64 bit version and will it work with my existing data files without any issue?
[Edit] I have tried it and they seem to be compatible.

There's actually no difference in the format of data files used by the 32bit and 64bit versions of Thunderbird.
