I am running OS X 10.13.6 and I just upgraded to Thunderbird 68.2.1 (from a pre-68 release). As a consequence the default "folder sidebar" font and the display font in the Preferences menus have changed to a larger font size. But it seems the fonts in the Accounts Settings tools are unchanged. Any thoughts as to why that happened? It is not a fatal error, but it is annoying. And AFAICT there is no preference menu to change this font back to what it was before.

Try this:

Code: Select all
/* Thunderbird userChrome.css */

@namespace url("http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul");

#folderTree {
  -moz-appearance: none !important;
  background-color: pink !important;
  font: sans-serif !important;
  font-size: 3mm !important;
}

Code: Select all
/* Thunderbird userContent.css */

@-moz-document url-prefix("about:preferences"),
url-prefix("chrome://messenger/content/preferences/aboutPreferences.xul") {
  #pref-category-box,
  #preferencesContainer {
    -moz-appearance: none !important;
    background-color: orange !important;
    font: sans-serif !important;
    font-size: 3mm !important;
  }
}
