Closure not complete.

When i close TBird, it really isn't closed even though it doesn't show up in the task manager doesn't show it. Problem: I can't do a Mozbackup
Win 10 Pro desktop, but now 64-bit latest Windows 10. Usually latest or latest-1 Thunderbird on this machines.

If it doesn't show up in Windows Task Manager, that would indicate it is closed. Is the issue with MozBackup the only indication that it is not closed? What error message are you seeing that indicates this?
