"Use Password Manager to remember this password"

Can we have this checked on by default. It has been causing issues for our users years now and new users always have issues with remembering to check the box. We change our users passwords regularly and we always want to save the password because no one wants to enter it every 10 minuets or so when Thunderbird decides to check the email.

Can we create an option and have it on by default ?
