I Can't forward pdf attachments

User Help for Mozilla Thunderbird

Thunderbird 68.6.0

If in email have 2 attachments (pdf file and jpg file)
When i click forward jpg file will include but pdf file it not include

only pdf file have a problem

Try downloading both of those files from the received message and then attach those files to the message when forwarding.

Can attach by manual when forward message

but Normally when i forward message attach will be auto include

It probably means that the PDF is not in the message itself but is hosted on a remote site so Thunderbird does not have the actual file to forward.

When you download that file Thunderbird is requesting the file from the server, which is then downloaded. When forwarding, Thunderbird is sending what it already has, which at that point is just a link to the PDF file.

Are you forwarding as "inline" or "attachment" ?

I deleted temp folder in windows7
it worked
