I love this program, I use it for years.
But I accused Bluehost that they blocked my email and even left bad review for them.
And then over phone, they share the screen with me and checked all the settings.
So I removed and added an email account to the thunderbird and sending worked again.
Before I could not send any emails out from thunderbird for some reason and after I removed and addded email account like they advised it worked again.

SO I accuse them of blocking my email for no reason.
So why did thunderbird do that?

Why are you asking us? We have no access to your computer to do any testing and didn't see what error messages (if any) you were seeing when sending failed. We don't know what settings you had before the problem started. We don't know what settings you entered when you re-added the account. You simply jumped to a conclusion too quickly. Sorry that happened but there's really is nothing we can do about it and no way of knowing if it was actually anything in Thunderbird that caused the problem in the first place.

I got no error when sending, they email just did not arrive...not even in spam....
I blamed bluehost....
then I send via webmail on bluehost and it worked so my emails were not blocked like I though so.
she told me to remove and add again account in thunderbird and it worked....so what could happen inside the thunderbird that could cause this?

There's no way for us to know at this point.
We don't know what settings you had before the problem started. We don't know what settings you entered when you re-added the account.

Since the account is working now we can't even suggest any diagnostics/testing to try to determine what was causing it to fail.

It happened again right now.
I sent out email to one of my emails just to check via Thunderbird. It never arrives. I send out via web mail from my host it arrives.
What could this be? Did Bluehost block Thunderbird sending?

Other email accounts work with Thunderbird, on same hosting....just this email from my specific domain
i get no error, nothing...

Is there a copy of the message in the Thunderbird Sent folder?
Is there an image or HTML formatted signature included in the disappearing message?
How is the account set up in Thunderbird, as POP or IMAP?
Try sending another message but copy yourself as well as another recipient. See if that message arrives in your account, in Thunderbird or the web mail server.

That normally indicates that Thunderbird handed the messages off to the server, which would put the ball back in Bluehost’s court.

Is thereu an image or HTML formatted signature included in the disappearing messages?

Have you heard from clients that THEY don't receive your messages? It could be that Bluehost does not put copies you bcc to yourself into your account, since it is placing a copy into your Sent folder.

Do you have some other account you can send a bcc to in order to see if it arrives there?

That question I asked twice now is still unanswered. Could you respond to it:
Is there an image or HTML formatted signature included in the disappearing message?

Well, that rules out one possible cause for messages to be blocked by the provider's servers.
