Child dialog does not open on current display

Upgraded to Thunderbird 78.4.0 (64-bit) on Windows 10. Thunderbird is running on my secondary display, but all child dialogs open on my main display. Very disconcerting when you are trying to do something (like sending an email) but you can't, because a modal dialog (such as spell check) has been opened on a different display.

I can't find any similar recent threads. See if viewtopic.php?f=39&t=1819075 helps.

The windows master add-on might have been a workaround but it is a legacy add-on that doesn't support version 78.

After looking at the problem some more, it appears that the problem only related to the spell-check dialog.
