How to Back Up My Accounts

Is there any way to backup my accounts and settings.
I have 3 email accounts and it would be easier to simply restore the backup.

I'm using version 78.5.0

I found my profiles.
One is in the Local and the other is in the Roaming user folders.
Do I need to copy both or just one?
Also I'm assuming to restore the profile(s) I need to simply copy them back?

You don't need the bits under Local. The actual user profile is under Roaming.
