YES, gmail account working no problems I did change the password a day or so ago because received a security warning from google. I also just completed an eSet full computer scan for anything bad, and nothing detected thanks cheers peter ![]() Are you manually entering the password for that Gmail account or was it saved for automatic response by Thunderbird?
hi Dan
I changed the password in the goggle account, and it was saved, I guess. I am able to open gmail, without doing anything extra. With TB, I entered the new password, and all was fine the first day or so. Today I am getting the error. I tried to click on retry, that didnt work. Next I typed in the password, and checked the box for password manager to remember it, and now I get the error thnx Dan peter PROBLEM SOLVED
