I thought there was a button to open the profile directory on Linux.

"Help > Troubleshooting Information - there is nothing called Update Folder or Profile Folder"
In version 91 you want to use Help -> More Troubleshooting Information. About the 11th entry down in the blue column under Application Basics on the left side of the screen you should see "Profile Folder [Open Folder] local drive"
In version 91 Help -> Restart with Add-ons Disabled has been renamed as Help -> Troubleshooting Information and the old Help -> Troubleshooting Information renamed to Help -> More Troubleshooting Information
