That doesn't look like a normal Thunderbird composition window to me.

I did create a test signature using some text from the example, composed a message, sent it to another account, and the received message didn't wrap the signature. The composition window was full screen so didn't need any wrap. But, the signature didn't wrap when I resized the composition window smaller.

Did you get the scrollbar on the smaller window?

So you are also having the same issue.

Those buttons are Quicktext. It's no longer an add-on, it's now part of TB & it's been like that for at least 1-2 years. I don't know when they put it into the main program.

So yes, that is a normal TB window.

No, they didn’t. A standard installation of Thunderbird does not include Quicktext.
