Is it possible to set TB and Gmail to don't delete email from TB when I delete it on Gmail?

If you have that account set up in Thunderbird as an IMAP account, what you see in TB is what is on the Gmail server. That means that if you delete a message on Gmail (using their webmail page, for instance) it will no longer be available on the server to be visible/accessible for display in Thunderbird.

To delete messages from Gmail without losing them in Thunderbird you would have to first copy them from the folder to a sub-folder of Thunderbird's Local Folders pseudo-account. ( http://kb.mozillazine.org/Local_Folders) That would uncouple the message from the Gmail server so you could delete on the webmail page without deleting the copy under Local Folders. If this was your default requirement, you could set up Message Filters in Thunderbird to automate the copy-to-Local Folders process. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Filters_%28Thunderbird%29
