Clicking is no longer identical to Compose Message To

Prior to 91.x update, left-clicking on an email address in an email was equivalent to right-clicking and choosing Compose Message To.

That is to say, it would open a new Compose window, with the clicked address in the To field, using the current mailbox as the From field.

Since 91.x, Compose Message To still works this way, but clicking on an email address uses the default mailbox as the From field.

I assume/hope this is an unintended change?

Is there any way I can change it back to how it used to be?
