Anyone else having trouble accessing Contacts on macOS Monterey in Thunderbird? When I installed it and set the option for it to use the local Address Book, it never prompted me or asked to to enable access in the Security & Privacy settings. As a result, Thunderbird has no access to the macOS Contacts.
I've completely deleted and reinstalled Thunderbird, completely nuking my profile as well. Nothing seems to work. This is running the latest Thunderbird on the latest M1 version of macOS Monterey.
Any ideas?

Re: Thunderbird Can't Access macOS Contacts
macOS Monterey (macOS 12) isn't formally supported per https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thund ... uirements/ but usually that is out of date.
I found a Monterey tracking bug at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=Monterey . It references several bugs that haven't been closed. You could try installing the latest beta (95.0b4) from https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/#channel in a different location and see if enough progress has been made to make it useful. That will require you to create a new profile for it (it will prompt you).
