time zone settings
Thunderbird did not appear to correct itself when daylight savings time changed. I checked preferences/time and regional time zone was selected. Comparing the times emails were sent in the originating/third party account, those did correct with the dst change, but Thunderbird shows an hour later.

Re: time zone settings
Thunderbird uses the operating systems time settings. If you look at the raw message source using control-U or view message source see what the Date: header says. The problem might be the sender didn't correct for daylight savings time. i.e. in Date: Sat, 27 Nov 2021 06:32:05 -0600 the -0600 might have been -0700.
