I have multiple accounts from http://WWW.Mail.Com
I added a new account and I can't login into the account using Thunderbird.
I can access the account using their website browser, so I am confident I have the correct email address and password.
I have compared the new account settings to a previous account and they look the same.
I don't see how to attach the screenshot of the settings, so I will try to paste it in the message.
Please let me know what suggestions you have.

POP or IMAP account?
Did you let the new account wizard use the configuration data from the Mozilla ISP database or did you tell the wizard you wanted to do a manual configuration? The reason I ask is if you let the wizard add the account it wont do that unless its able to login.
Is the password stored in tools -> preferences -> privacy & security -> saved passwords?
What error message did you get when you tried to log in?
Are you using a domain you own or one provided by mail.com?

The account does not show up in Saved Passwords
Login to server imap.mail.com with username Game failed.
I still can't get the screenshot to Paste into the message.

I'd start by going to help -> more troubleshooting information and scroll down to the mail & news section. Verify your broken account has the same account settings as the others. I know you already tried to compare the account settings but this way makes it much easier to spot a discrepancy than using tools -> account settings.
Try sending a message from that account to one of your other accounts. I'd expect it to fail too but perhaps it will fail in a different way.

Perhaps you'd have better luck with one of them. https://imgbox.com doesn't require you to sign up for an account. I just used it by dragging and dropping a copy of my avatar image file to its "upload images" button, selecting "family safe" in its content type list box, pressing the start upload button and then copying and pasting the bbcode code into this post.
