Assume I retrieved previously some emails via POP3 from my remote mail server (and deleted them on server).
Is there a way to push them back to server just as if they would have never been retrieved?
Or send it somehow else to my inbox on remote server?

You can't upload a message using a POP account. However, you can do that with a IMAP account, just copy or move it normally to the desired folder. You can also have both a POP and a IMAP account for the same email address at the same time.
