Installing Thunderbird 102 hosed my saved searches

After installing Thunderbird 102, I found that my saved searches (for followups and unread mail) no longer worked. I had to reset the folder choices in each of them manually.

How did you "install" version 102? Did you update or uninstall and reinstall?
How is the account set up in Thunderbird, as POP or IMAP? Find out using menu path Tools->Account Settings->Server Settings->Server Type at the top right of the dialogue.
