New address book in TB 102 screen name missing

Since I migrated from 91 to 102 (Window 10) , I lost the field 'screen name' , that I used extensively with 91.
I exported the 102 address book and I know screen name is still there, but cannot be used !!!!
How do I get it back in 102 please ?

Another problem is the very limited list of fields that can be displayed in the book list .
How do you sort the list on a field present in the book, but not displayable ????

Yet another problem : when you select a particular address book entry, how do you go back to the list ? Escape does not work, and selecting the address book name again shows only a partial list.

It looks like 102 was installed without proper quality check....

See if the CardBook add-on uses the old schema (i.e. supports the fields you are used to seeing).
