I accidentally clicked the Restore Default button in Settings, and now my start page won't open. This is the path I entered (with quotation marks):
"file:///C:/Owner/Foxbird/Thunderbird/Start Page/start.html"
This is the same path and the same html file I've been using for years, and now, all of a sudden, after accidentally clicking Restore Default, it doesn't work anymore. Thunderbird opens to a blank message pane. What the heck is wrong?

Re: My start page won't open
I opened a file using Firefox and then copied that URL (using double quotes) to Thunderbird's settings. It did nothing, and no errors/warnings were reported in the error console. I'm using 102.3.1 with Windows 11Pro. Same problem with 107.0a1 (2022-09-28) (64-bit).
"file:///C:/Users/Eric/Pictures/2880x1800_1655089247050.jpg"
I then changed it to "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ho ... start-page" . It took three restarts but now its displaying that web page.
Perhaps they dropped support for file:///.
