Using ver 102.4.1 I run into an error message when setting up an account on an existing email address on a 'new' windows 10 computer.
I enter a name, existing email address, and the password. It finds IMAP and Pop3 configurations with the correct incoming and outgoing settings I use on the retiring Windows 7 computer (cracked screen).
It checks password for a long time. When I get bored and switch between Pop3, and IMAP, I get the error message, "incoming server already exists" I click 'OK', message disappears but nothing else happens.
I try manual setup, and see the correct incoming and outgoing server settings. I click re-test and it comes back the the same server settings. I click 'done' and get the same error message. The account does not set up. Any ideas?
Thanks.
John.

See https://support.shaw.ca/t5/internet-art ... /ta-p/6731
Are you using imap.shaw.ca for the IMAP account and pop.shaw.ca for the POP account, with ssl/tls?
