How to handle files from Local Folder and import them

So i backed up my gmail account into my Local Folders. In windows path i can find the local folders and inside i can see some files without extension and the same names with an .msf extension.

How can i handle those files directly and inject them into a new thunderbird installation?

Just copy those files into the Local Folders structure of the new installation.
