(Resolved) Authentication problem

Post by john9210 »

Every time I open Thunderbird I get the Google screen: “One account All Google. Sign in with your Google Account.” It displays my correct email address but when I press next I have to enter my Google password. When I do this, I get the message “your password was changed x hours or days ago”. However, I have not changed it. Authentication then fails and I can’t use Thunderbird. :(

It turned out to be a Google password issue. I resolved it by using my iPhone to change the pw. I could not access Google on PC because of pw issue. I thank everyone for your support :D
