tbird with local files only *2nd try

Hi there,

I created a new profile and I do not want to add remote accounts. I just want tbird to operate with only local files. Is there a way to get tbird to do this?

Even in offline mode I see the folder list blank. I do not see local folders. Is one email account required for local folders to appear?

I know about the options and settings and plugins below. The question I have is
