Firstly sorry for my english.
I have a problem with Thunderbird. When I start it, it opens normally, with the incoming mail tray and even loads new emails, but if I click anywhere (an email, the top bar, an empty site...) it hangs. I get the message that Thunderbird is not responding and you have to force close it.
This is a company, I'm the IT guy, we have many computers with Thunderbird, with the same server, and it only happens with this team. 2 days ago, this same team was going perfectly.
The pc has updated W10, everything works perfectly except for this. I have uninstalled Thunderbird and reinstalled (the latest version), I have removed the firewall, tried another antivirus... I have restored the system to a day that worked perfectly and nothing. I have repaired the registry with Ccleaner and I have cleaned the temporary files and neither. It always does the same thing, it hangs on startup. I can't find any kind of solution.
Let's see if someone can help me. Thanks in advance.

Re: Thunderbird not responding
Does the same thing occur if you launch the application in Mozilla Troubleshooting Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

Re: Thunderbird not responding
The MSF files might have become corrupt. Try deleting all the MSF files.
