Move Mails from Windows to Linux

Hi all,
since a week I am using Mandrake Linux 9.2. Till then I've used Thunderbird. Now I want to use my old Mails from Windows in Linux too.
So, how can I convert/move my mails from Windows to Linux?

I tried to copy all files, but only the accounts where moved and not the folders.

Can somebody help me?

Open up the prefs.js file in your profile and find all the lines that point to a specific directory. You must edit those to point to the Linux directory that the profile is stored in.
