I have a bunch of users who need to share emails, but they are often large (w/ attachments), and I'd prefer if they didn't have to FWD them to each other. We don't have our own mail server, but they don't realize that the mail has to be sent over the internet and downloaded again instead of just going to the other user's computer.
Can I set up a common account/mailbox that they can just drag their messages into and have other have access to it? Is it possible to point all of their "Local Folders" to a single location on the network, and would it have a problem with multiple users using it at the same time?
The point is that they need to have the messages and attachments kept together, and while I know that they can save the messages as EML files, I'd prefer if it could all stay in the email program.
Multiple users sharing a mailbox?
