Thunderbird Password

I LOVE MOZILLA SO FAR.
I CANNOT GET ONTO THE tHUNDERBIRD EMAIL BECAUSE OF A PASSWORD I WAS NOT GIVEN NOR HAVE I FORGOTTEN IT.
WHATS NEXT?

I assume you are saying the email facility you are trying to use requires a password (most do) and that you no longer have the password.

Have you tried contacting techincal support at that email service?
