saving drafts

Hello,
I'm currently running Mozilla Thunderbird 0.4 (20031205)
after I write an email and click the save button. For some
reason the first time the program says it saved to drafts
but in reality there are no mails in the draft folder. but if
I press it the save button a second time it works fine.
This only applies to when you've never used the saved
button before since installing T-bird.
