Can't send files over IMAP Account

After switching from TB 0.3 to TB 0.4 I can't send any mail over my IMAP account. I recieve all my mail fine. After composing a message andn hitting send, TB sits and tries to contact my IMAP server. After about 20 seconds it tells me that it can not send the mail. My settings for my outgoing server are the same as they were in 0.3 when they worked. Any ideas what is going wrong?

Try one of the latest nightly builds from the thunderbird builds forum. I initially had to try three different 0.4.x versions before I found one that worked reliably with IMAP.

TB 0.4 milestone should work at all.
