Hi there,
I'm new with thunderbird and I've two questions.
1. where does TB put the e-mail with no subject ? (after reading the files they seemed to have disapeared.
2. is there a way to let NAV scan the incoming and outgoing mail ?

Deleting messages with no subject is not default behaviour.
Have you created any filters that may have moved them?
What do you have set under View | Messages?
