Noob Question: default e-mail app
Heya everyone... I'm haveing trouble getting the "mailto:Email@server.stuff" links to work with thunderbird... I have narrowed it down to a regestry entry (HKey_Classes_Root/mailto/shell/open/command) but I have no clue what to change this entry too... If one of you wonderfull ppl would help I would appreciate it... Thanks in advance...

I am assuming WinXP since you choose to keep it a secret from us.
Before you change the registry, go to Start|Settings|Control Panel|Internet Options|Programs and see if Thunderbird is in the list of email clients there. IF so, choose it, the registry wil be updated from that.
(HKey_Classes_Root/mailto/shell/open/command)
Make that the path to your Thunderbird followed by -compose %1
Example:
C:\THUNDE~1\THUNDE~1\THUNDE~1.EXE -compose %1
Note the 8.3 indications for long filenames. I'm think WinXP will make it this way after the registry is changed, and your system restarted.
