Boilerplate for e-maisl

I know this is probably old hat but I have not been able to find it in FAQ/help etc. How do I create a boilerplate to show on every outgoing mail, containing virusscan /disclaimer information. Having migrated from Outlook i need to create this

You can create and save templates, or you can create a signature file and use it, as in Tools, Account Settings, "Attach this signature".
